The single-cell Ramanome big data search engine for searching, comparing, and data mining of Ramanome big data. It includes a typical species cell database, a chassis cell mutant library database, and an artificial synthetic cell database. It serves single-cell rapid identification, industrial strain screening, and intracellular component quantification and characterization. The typical species database contains 300,000 data entries, covering 11 genera, and is currently the largest single-cell Ramanome database.
